I've had some PMs regarding the situation so I believe that I should clarify why I came to the decision I did after some deliberation. Thank you for continously putting your faith and trust in the Moderation team here at /r/Toontown, as your safety and the health of the community is of upmost concern. We also strongly advise all members of the Toontown community to stay away from the server until everything is sorted out by their staff. We heavily advise, for the involved party's privacy and for the overall health of the community, to not press the issue and avoid any sort of temptations to stir up gossip or dig for information. Any discussion will lead to removal of posts/comments with rule 7 about spam in mind, along with moderator discretion.
TOONTOWN OFFLINE FOREMAN OFFLINE
We took some time to verify these claims as a team, and have had no choice but to take action:Īs of today, Toontown Offline discussion is now banned from the subreddit. Toontown Online is meant to be a family friendly game, and that family friendly image must be maintained to respect Disney's image, as well as keep the younger folks in our community safe. Unfortunately, it recently came to our attention that some very harmful and dangerous things were being said on Toontown Offline, which were encouraged by its staff members. Disney taking action on any of the private servers on any given day is a very real possibility if we do not remain vigilant and make sure that the community is as family friendly as it can possibly be coming from the various private servers. Remember, if you want to stay more in-tune with what’s going on, you can hang out with us on our Discord server- just click the link at the top of this website to join. We've all realized over the course of our many years together as a community, that putting our best foot forward and being the best possible examples of private servers we could be is a very high priority. Well, that’s just about all to show for now! I hope you enjoyed this small post recapping about the ongoings here at Toontown Offline. However for v2.5.1, we plan to add this zone to Bossbot Headquarters as a just-for-fun zone to walk around in and explore. Impressive, huh? I wonder what that area was going to be used for! We will go into greater detail soon enough regarding the original purpose of this area. I put together a small gif similar to the old Disney showcases, so take a look: We would like to show you the scrapped asset so you may take a glimpse of the quality of content to expect in the Operation: Duck Hunt. Do not fret! Our awesome artists Smokin’ Foreman and Qloo got to work and produced an asset for an alternative plan, which is already in development right now. However, during our recent development endeavors we have recently scrapped another asset. It is only a small sliver of what we will soon show. In a video we released last month, we showcased a small portion of the scrapped content we have to showcase. However, with progress also comes more scrapped content. Soon enough we will be done with the hardest part of the update, and the progress will get much faster from there. We’re currently in the middle of the most difficult part of the update- but it’s over 50% complete now! To us, this is a major milestone. The progress on Operation: Duck Hunt has been phenomenal. Speaking of Duck Hunt, what’s up with that?
TOONTOWN OFFLINE FOREMAN UPDATE
Hopefully this upcoming update will be the final content to hold everyone over for the release of Duck Hunt. A plethora of more small features and bugfixes.A new just-for-fun zone that we will discuss later in this post.An in-game Mini-Server list that updates in real-time with our website. We will be releasing our brand new website, featuring a place to list your Mini-Server for others to join. While it will be intended for bug fixes, expect the following features to be present in that update: Because of this, we now plan to release a new bugfix update sometime within the next few months. We were having serious issues with future distribution of the game, but now those issues no longer remain dormant.

However, shortly into December we announced that such an update would not come out due to unforeseen circumstances. Originally, it was planned to release a bugfix update to handle all these pesky issues. The release of v2.5.0 went smoothly for the most part aside from some annoying bugs that still linger to this day. If you only care about Operation: Duck Hunt news, then skip to where you see an image in this post! I’m going to make it a goal to make a progress post like this at the end of each month leading up to the release of Operation: Duck Hunt, so expect several most posts like these in the future! Without further ado, let me give you an overview on what’s been happening… This is Benjamin from the Toontown Offline team here to give you an update on the progress on Toontown Offline ever since we released v2.5.0 to the public.
